BI-X2 is suitable for a full commitment in the upper jaw and with adequate bone material in the mandible especially at Pos 33/43 after extraction as well as for implantation in the maxillary tuberosity. The thread is self compressive, whereby the insert is supported in the soft bone. Implant lengths from 15mm to 21mm can be used for these indications.

Upon adequate bone material BI-X2 can also be used in the anterior tooth region.
However, its special indication is the posterior region of the maxillary tuberosity.
